Go to Sign Up Page

Click the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner, then select 'Sign Up' or visit the registration page.

Fill in Your Information

Enter your name (optional), email address, and create a password. Password must be at least 8 characters long.

• Name (optional)
• Valid email address
• Password (minimum 8 characters)

Verify Your Email

After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. Check your inbox (and spam folder) and click the verification link in the email.

Note: Email verification links expire after 24 hours. If you didn't receive the email, you can request a new verification email from your profile.

Sign In and Start Using

Once your email is verified, sign in with your email and password. You're now ready to post ads, browse services, and connect with the community!

Sign In to Your Account

Make sure you're signed in and your email is verified. You can post up to 3 free ads, or upgrade to premium for unlimited ads.

Click 'Submit Ad' Button

Click the 'Submit Ad' button in the top navigation, or visit the 'Post Ad' page directly.

Fill in Ad Details

Provide all required information about your item:

• Title - Clear, descriptive title for your ad
• Description - Detailed information about the item (minimum 10 characters)
• Category - Select the appropriate category
• Location - Choose country and city
• Price - Set price and currency (optional)
• Images/Videos - Upload up to 10 images and 5 videos

Upload Media

Add photos and videos to make your ad stand out:

• Up to 10 images
• Up to 5 videos
• Click 'Upload Image' or 'Upload Video' buttons
• Wait for upload to complete before submitting

Submit Your Ad

Review all information, then click 'Submit' or 'Create Ad'. Your ad will be published immediately and visible to all users. Classified ads expire after 1 month, service ads after 1 year.

Go to Your Profile

Sign in to your account and navigate to your profile page. You can access it by clicking your name in the top right corner.

Add Telegram Username

In the profile section, find the 'Telegram Username' field and enter your Telegram username (without @). Make sure this matches your actual Telegram username exactly.

Example: If your Telegram username is @john_doe, enter 'john_doe' (without @)

Click 'Start Verification'

After saving your Telegram username, click the 'Start Verification' button. This will generate a unique verification code and a special link.

Open the Link in Telegram

Click the verification link provided, or manually open Telegram and search for the UA Deals bot. Start a conversation with the bot using the verification link or by searching for the bot username.

The link will automatically open Telegram and start a conversation with our bot

Send Verification Code to Bot

The bot will send you a welcome message. Copy the verification code shown on the website (it's also displayed in the Telegram bot message) and send it back to the bot as a message.

Confirm on Website

After sending the code to the Telegram bot, return to the website. Enter the same verification code in the confirmation field and click 'Confirm Verification'.

Verification Complete

Once confirmed, your Telegram account is verified! You'll see a green checkmark next to your Telegram username. You can now schedule Telegram promotions for your ads, services, and businesses.

Open Telegram Mini App

Open the UA Deals Telegram bot in your Telegram app. Send one of these commands:

• /broadcast - Opens the Channel Promotions Mini App
• /app - Alternative command to open the Mini App

The Mini App will open inside Telegram, showing you the broadcast interface. If it's your first time, you'll see a welcome screen with information about the features.

Understand Your Profile and Credits

At the top of the Mini App, you'll see:

• Your Telegram username
• Your credit balance - shows how many credits you have available
• Free post availability - when your next free post becomes available (if applicable)

You can view your credit purchase history, request credits from admin, or buy credits using the buttons in this section.

Fill in Post Details

In the 'Create Post' form, provide the following information:

• Channel: Select the Telegram channel where you want your post to appear
• Title: Enter a short, clear title for your post (required)
• Content: Write the main message content. You can use formatting tools for bold, italic, links, etc. (required, minimum characters apply)
• Button (Optional): Add a button at the end of your message with custom text and URL

Upload Media (Optional)

Add photos or videos to make your post more engaging:

• Click 'Upload Media' button
• Select up to 10 files (photos or videos)
• Each file must be under 5MB
• Wait for uploads to complete

Note: Free posts are limited to 1 photo only (no videos). Paid posts can include up to 10 photos or videos.

Schedule Posting Times

Set when you want your post to be published. You can schedule multiple times for the same post:

• Click 'Add Time' to add a scheduled time slot
• Select date and time for each slot (times are rounded to 5-minute intervals)
• You can add multiple time slots for the same post
• All times must be in the future

Posts are published at 2-minute intervals. Make sure to schedule times at least 2 minutes apart.

Choose Free Post or Credits

Depending on the channel and your eligibility:

• Free Post: Check 'Free post' if available. Usually limited to one free post every 7 days per channel, with restrictions (250 characters, 1 photo only)
• Credits: If you have credits in your account, they will be used automatically. Each channel has a price per post in credits.
• Payment: If you don't have enough credits, you'll be redirected to a payment page to buy credits.

Submit Your Post

Review all information carefully, then click 'Submit'. Your post will be submitted with status 'SUBMITTED' and sent for admin review.

Note: Posts must be reviewed and approved by an admin before they are scheduled and published. You'll see the status update in your posts list.

Track Post Status

Monitor your post status in the 'Your Posts' section:

• DRAFT - Post is saved but not yet submitted
• SUBMITTED - Post is waiting for admin review
• APPROVED - Post has been approved by admin
• SCHEDULED - Post is scheduled and will be published at the set times
• SENT - Post has been successfully published
• REJECTED - Post was rejected (check rejection reason)
• FAILED - Post failed to publish (technical issue)

Tips for Telegram Broadcast Messages

• Use clear, engaging titles to grab attention
• Format your content using the formatting toolbar (bold, italic, links)
• Add media to increase engagement, but keep file sizes under 5MB each
• Schedule posts at times when your audience is most active
• Free posts have limitations (250 chars, 1 photo) - use credits for full features
• You can edit posts before they are published (while in DRAFT or SUBMITTED status)
• You can add more scheduled times to approved posts before they are published
• Check your credit balance regularly and request or buy credits as needed

Navigate to Your Ad, Service, or Business

Go to the page of the ad, service, or business you want to promote. You can find your content in your profile or by browsing the website.

Find 'Promote on Telegram' Section

On the detail page, scroll down to find the 'Promote on Telegram' section. This section shows available Telegram channels and scheduling options.

Select a Telegram Channel

Choose the Telegram channel where you want your post to appear. Each channel shows:

• Channel name and description
• Price per post (in credits or free)
• Free post availability (if any)

Choose Posting Times

Select when you want your post to be published:

• Single time - Post once at a specific date and time
• Multiple times - Add several posting slots for the same content
• Recurring - Set daily or weekly recurring posts (with occurrence limit)

Times are rounded to 5-minute intervals. Posts can be scheduled at 2-minute intervals.

Use Free Post or Credits (Optional)

If the channel offers free posts and you're eligible:

• Check 'Use free post' option (available once every 7 days per channel)
• Or use your credits if you have a credit balance
• Credits are automatically applied first if available

Review and Submit

Review the summary showing:

• Number of posts scheduled
• Credits used (if any)
• Amount due (if payment required)

Click 'Schedule Promotion' to confirm. If payment is required, you'll be redirected to the checkout page.

Posts Are Scheduled

Your posts are now scheduled! They will be automatically published to the Telegram channel at the selected times. You can view and manage your scheduled posts in the promotion section on the content detail page.
